Name the film before the glass is ordered.

Solar film is usually decided late, after the building is occupied and the heat has become a complaint. Decided early, it is a specification like any other: a named film per elevation, with published figures and a warranty record that stays valid after the project team has left.

A building quote follows an on-site survey. The survey is a paid, scheduled visit.

What we put on the drawing.

Six things a specification needs, and the reason we publish all of them rather than sending a brochure.

Sheet values, per film and per shade

VLT, infrared rejection, UV and total solar energy rejected, on one test standard, for every film and every shade. Nothing rounded up for a brochure.

A film named per elevation

North and south glass rarely need the same film. We specify per elevation rather than naming one product for the whole building.

Appearance agreed against a sample

Reflective, neutral or frosted, agreed against a physical sample before anything is ordered. Nano Silver is a deliberate choice, not a side effect of heat rejection.

Safety film where the glass must be held together

Ground floor glass, glass lobbies and anywhere a broken pane would fall into an occupied space. Fitted under any heat control film.

One e-warranty record per installation

Registered digitally against the job, certificate by email, verifiable years after handover, when the original contact has usually changed job.

Reference projects you can visit

Office towers and a leisure venue in Jakarta. Some clients prefer not to be named, and we respect that rather than printing their logo anyway.

Reference work

Glass we have already fitted film on.

Floor to ceiling office glass in Jakarta towers, and overhead canopy and skylight glass at a leisure venue in Fatmawati, film fitted at height while the venue stayed open. Both are our own installations, photographed by our own team.

With film on the glass, cooling cost in a commercial building typically falls about 30%, est. That figure is an estimate: the real result depends on glass area, orientation, the AC system and the film selected, which is exactly what the survey establishes.

How a project runs.

  1. Send the project and the stage

Drawings, elevations or just a description. We tell you straight away whether film is the right answer for that glass.

  2. We survey the glass

A paid, scheduled visit. We measure the glass, check orientation and record what is already installed. On a new building we work from the glass specification instead.

  3. You get a specification, per elevation

Film, shade and published figures for each face of the building, with the modeled cooling estimate marked est.

  4. Install zone by zone

Sequenced so occupied floors stay usable, outside normal hours if that suits your schedule better. Most rooms are back in use the same day.

  5. Registration at handover

Every installation registered, every certificate issued, one record the building owner can check later.

Send us the project.

Enough for us to tell you whether film is the right answer for that glass, and what the specification would look like. A technical person reads it, not a sales queue.
